Based around Pimms No.1, a classic British liqueur invented by the owner of an oyster bar in the 1840s, a Pimms cup is a classic cocktail meant to be enjoyed in warm weather.
Served in a narrow highball glass, this refreshing drink is finished with a cool cucumber garnish (added mint or citrus slices are also popular choices).
Pimm's cup
- 1 part Pimm's
- 2 parts lemonade or gingerale
- cucumber spear
- optional: fruit slices and mint
- Mix Pimms and lemonade over ice. Garnish with cucumber and other fruit slices or mint.
